The chance of measurable precipitation is 20 percent with lows tonight 25-35 and highs Wednesday in the mid-30s to mid-40s.

FORECAST FOR WINSLOW AND HOLBROOK: Decreasing cloudiness and showers tonight with the low in the mid-20s. It will be partly cloudy Wednesday with the high in the low 40s. WEATHER OUTLOOK THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY Dry and seasonally cool with highs mostly near 40s in the mountains and lower 60s in the deserts. Lows will be 5-15 in the mountains to the 30s in the deserts. FORECAST FOR LAKE POWELL: A travelers advisory is posted today and could be extended into the evening.

It will be partly cloudy tonight with a chance of snow showers and 30 percent chance of measurable precipitation. Lows will be in the upper 20s. Light winds can be expected except gusty in the vicinity of showers. It will be partly cloudy Wednesday with morning fog and a very slight chance of snow. Wally Dickson, who died Jan. 3 at his home. He was 59. Mr. Dickson was born July 18, 1925 in Pittsburgh, and had served with The Coconino County Department of Community Development concluded one of its busiest years ever in 1984 by issuing 1,115 building permits.

The New York Stock Exchange index was up 0.15 to 95.04 and the price of an average share was up 5 cents.
